1ecom Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 1ecom website accessible at 1ecom.vip and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, including all betting, casino, slot, and account management features.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a 1ecom account and is authorised to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Account" means the individual account held by a Player on the 1ecom Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's 1ecom Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free-bet allocations granted by 1ecom under specific promotional terms, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports betting stake or casino game wager placed by a Player using real-money Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, which may include submission of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled limit-setting, cooling-off, and self-exclusion features available within the 1ecom Account dashboard.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the 1ecom Platform is restricted by applicable law or 1ecom's licensing conditions.

By accessing the 1ecom Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games, sports markets, bonus offers, and promotions published on the 1ecom Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless the specific rules expressly state otherwise.

1ecom reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to the registered account address.

To be eligible to register and maintain a 1ecom Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You do not already hold an active 1ecom Account (duplicate accounts are prohibited);
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order with 1ecom or any gambling regulatory body to which 1ecom is subject;
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 1ecom or any related entity;
• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

1ecom reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 1ecom Platform. Registration requires the provision of a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and full legal name. 1ecom may at its discretion require additional information for the purpose of identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 1ecom will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

You must notify 1ecom immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting the 24/7 live support team. 1ecom may temporarily suspend an Account suspected of unauthorised access pending investigation.

• Accounts must be registered using accurate personal information — fictitious names or false dates of birth are not permitted.
• Each Pakistani CNIC number and mobile number may be associated with only one Account.
• Account sharing or access by any person other than the registered Account holder is prohibited.
• 1ecom reserves the right to perform periodic KYC verification on existing Accounts, including requests for CNIC, proof of address, and payment method confirmation.

All Account transactions on 1ecom are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1ecom supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Available payment methods may change from time to time and are displayed on the Platform's cashier section.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon successful payment confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change. 1ecom does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 1ecom aims to process verified withdrawal requests on the same business day. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal;
• Only real-money Account Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) is eligible for withdrawal;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the cashier section;
• 1ecom reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals;
• Withdrawals to a payment method not previously used for deposit on the same Account require enhanced verification.

1ecom does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All funds must originate from and be returned to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name.

1ecom offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer in addition to these general provisions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the individual offer terms) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: 1ecom reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to close the Account of any Player found to be exploiting or abusing promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free bets expire as specified in each offer's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are set out in the individual bonus terms and may be updated from time to time.
• 1ecom's Discretion: 1ecom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All sports bets placed on the 1ecom Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific sport, competition, and market as displayed at the time of bet placement. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• Bet Confirmation: A Bet is confirmed only when the Platform returns a Bet ID and a confirmation message. Bets not confirmed are not valid regardless of the odds displayed.
• Odds Changes: 1ecom reserves the right to adjust odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. If odds change between your bet submission and system acceptance, the Platform will notify you of the change and request your approval before the bet is placed.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, entry of incorrect odds due to a manifest error, or market suspension due to regulatory instruction. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the Player's Account.
• Manifest Errors: 1ecom reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error. The standard of "clearly incorrect" is assessed against prevailing market odds at the time the error occurred.
• Live Betting: In-play markets are subject to increased volatility. 1ecom may suspend live markets without prior notice. Any bet accepted prior to suspension is valid; bets submitted during a suspended period are not accepted.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply as set out in the cashier and betting sections of the Platform.

PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, and other cricket-specific market rules are published in the cricket betting section of the 1ecom Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Casino games available on the 1ecom Platform — including live dealer tables, slot games, and instant-win products — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-stream dealer studios audited by independent testing agencies.

Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game's information panel. By launching a casino game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

• In the event of a disconnection mid-game, 1ecom's server logs are the definitive record of game outcomes. Incomplete game rounds that cannot be resolved will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Live casino tables operate according to the rules of the applicable game variant (e.g., baccarat punto banco rules, European roulette rules). Dealer decisions are final in all live table games.
• Slot game outcomes are determined entirely by certified RNG systems. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
• 1ecom reserves the right to discontinue any casino game at any time. In-progress rounds at the time of discontinuation will be voided and stakes refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1ecom Platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person in connection with a 1ecom Account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or collaborative arbitrage across multiple accounts.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input in real time.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using shared payment methods across accounts, or employing wagering strategies designed specifically to fulfil bonus wagering requirements while minimising risk exposure.
• Money Laundering: Using the 1ecom Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a mechanism for concealing the source of illegally obtained money. 1ecom is required by its licensing obligations to report suspicious financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits made to 1ecom without first raising the matter with 1ecom Support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in Account closure and legal recovery proceedings.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are void.

All content on the 1ecom Platform, including but not limited to the 1ecom brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of 1ecom or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from Platform software;
• Use the 1ecom brand name or logo in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 1ecom;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 1ecom's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1ecom's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their 1ecom Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1ecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 1ecom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 1ecom does not accept liability for:

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or HBL network outages;
• Losses resulting from Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages;
• Betting or gaming decisions made by Players on the basis of information displayed on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 1ecom's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

1ecom collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

1ecom processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, operation, and verification;
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals through Pakistani payment providers;
• Compliance with KYC, anti-money laundering, and responsible gaming obligations;
• Communication regarding Account activity, promotions, and Platform updates;
• Fraud prevention and Platform security.

1ecom does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa is limited to that strictly necessary for transaction processing.

1ecom provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools, accessible by all Players directly from their Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss over a defined period. As with deposit limits, reductions are immediate and increases require a 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders at specified intervals during active gaming sessions to encourage break-taking and self-monitoring.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, Account login is blocked and no marketing communications are sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 1ecom Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, all Account access and marketing contact ceases. Account Balance at the time of self-exclusion is held securely and returned upon expiry of the exclusion period.

Termination by Player: You may close your 1ecom Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

Termination by 1ecom: 1ecom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity;
• Regulatory or licensing obligations require the restriction of the Account;
• The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

In cases of Account closure due to breach of Terms, 1ecom reserves the right to withhold Account Balances pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balances and pursue legal recovery of any losses incurred by the Company.

1ecom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 1ecom will provide reasonable notice via a Platform notification or email to the Player's registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute between a Player and 1ecom shall be the version applicable to the resolution of that dispute, except where a newer version expressly states that it applies retrospectively.

Players who do not agree to amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 1ecom's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall first be referred to 1ecom's internal dispute resolution process as follows:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the 1ecom support team via live chat or email. 1ecom will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate the matter to 1ecom's compliance team by requesting escalation in writing. The compliance team will issue a final decision within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, it may be referred to the appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated under 1ecom's licensing conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
